Refund Policy

If you find that your Whisspurr, air pump or accessories are unsuitable or not or not exactly what you were looking for, you are welcome to send them back for a full refund. This must be done within 14 days of purchase. 

 

Your Whisspurr, air pump or accessories must be returned in original packaging with a copy of purchase receipt. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product as well as being well packed and clearly labelled.

NOTE: due to hygiene reasons, refunds cannot be given for products that have been used.

 

Faulty Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact our customer services team so we can arrange to despatch a replacement item and email returns postage for you to return the faulty goods.

 

NOTE: If an item is returned back and not considered to be faulty, or it has not been used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines, then you will be liable for the return courier charges.
